Returns & Exchanges

At Rebrox, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Standard (Non-Custom) Products

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on regular, non-custom products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Original tags and packaging (if applicable) should be included.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange.

Custom & Personalized Products

Because every custom order is created specifically for you, custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged due to customer preference, including:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Color or design preferences after approval

  • Personalized names, boat drawings, or custom artwork

However, if your custom order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Incorrect due to our mistake

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right by replacing the item or providing another appropriate solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We'll take care of it as quickly as possible.
