1. CUSTOM ARTWORK ORDERS
All custom artwork is created from customer-submitted photos. Final artwork quality depends heavily on the quality and angle of the images provided.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork proofs before production begins.
Minor revisions are included with custom artwork orders. Major redesign requests after approval may require additional fees.
Rebrox reserves the right to decline projects that contain copyrighted material, offensive content, or images we cannot properly recreate.
2. DIGITAL FILE USAGE
Digital artwork files purchased from Rebrox are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Customers may not:
• Resell artwork files
• Redistribute digital files
• Claim artwork as their own
• Upload files to print-on-demand marketplaces for resale
3. CUSTOMER PHOTOS & SUBMITTED CONTENT
By submitting photos to Rebrox, customers confirm they own the rights to the images or have permission to use them.
Customers grant Rebrox permission to use submitted images for the purpose of creating artwork and fulfilling orders.
Unless requested otherwise, Rebrox may showcase completed artwork on our website, social media, or marketing materials.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, graphics, designs, logos, and content created by Rebrox remain the intellectual property of Rebrox unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or resold without permission.
Commercial usage rights must be approved separately.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Rebrox shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.
